Dr. Moss grew up in Chattanooga, TN and recently moved to Johnson City with his wife, who is a General Surgery resident with ETSU.

Dr. Moss graduated from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga with a Bachelor’s degree in Biology. He then obtained his Doctor of Optometry degree in 2022 from Southern College of Optometry

He completed externships at Kapperman, White & McGarvey in Chattanooga, TN and Southeast Eye Specialists in Knoxville, TN. He provides comprehensive eye exams and particularly enjoys
